30 years ago it took about 17 minutes for a fire to spread through a building. <\/span><\/em>How long do you think it will take now?<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Tests have shown that an apartment is completely destroyed by fire within 3 minutes. <\/span>What began as a smoldering fire in a seat, grows into an invading flames in a few minutes. <\/span>Building materials and furniture contain more and more combustible substances, so that contemporary buildings are destroyed more quickly by fire.<\/span><\/p>\n

“So I have 3 minutes to bring myself and my colleagues to safety?” Wrong! <\/span>In 3 minutes everything is destroyed, but smoke development briefly drastically reduces your flight time. <\/span>Smoke is toxic.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, smoke limits your vision. <\/span>Many people think that they know their home and work environment to perfection, but try to find your way out blindfolded and creeping. <\/span>You will notice that this is not going as smoothly as you think.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our advice is: as long as there is no smoke or glow, you can take one fire attempt. <\/span>In any other situation you will escape as quickly as possible and inform the emergency services. <\/span>Never breathe smoke and leave all your stuff behind.<\/span><\/p>\n
